From the app

Open Vaztu and go to Profile.
Scroll to Delete my account.
Confirm. The account is deleted straight away — there is no waiting period.

If you can't sign in

Email [email protected] from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my account. We verify that the request comes from the account holder and complete it within 30 days — usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your profile — name, email, phone number and photo
Your listings, and the photos and videos on them
Your enquiries, saved properties, saved searches and likes
Your messages with buyers and sellers
Reviews you have written

What we keep, and why

A small amount of data outlives the account, because deleting it would either break someone else's records or breach a legal duty:

Transaction and tax records for any payment you made, kept as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. These identify the transaction, not your browsing.
Moderation records where an account was suspended or a listing removed for abuse, kept so the same activity cannot simply return.
Aggregated analytics that carry no personal content and cannot be traced back to you.

Anything shared publicly and then copied by someone else — a listing another person screenshotted, for instance — is outside our systems and beyond our reach.

Other requests

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can also ask for access to or correction of your data, or raise a grievance. Email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.
