What Vaztu is

Vaztu (vaztu.com) is owned and operated by PIXYCODERS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India. Vaztu is a listing and discovery platform that connects property owners, agents and seekers. We are not a party to any transaction, we do not own the listed properties, and we are not a licensed broker. Enquiries, visits, negotiations and payments happen directly between you and the other party.

Listings

• You may only list properties you own or are authorised to market, with truthful details and genuine photos/videos of the actual property.
• Projects requiring RERA registration must include a valid RERA ID; compliance is the lister's responsibility.
• Listings pass a review and automated fraud screening; we may reject or remove any listing and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Objectionable content & abusive behaviour

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that is unlawful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, deceptive or otherwise objectionable will be removed; every listing is reviewed before it is published, and any user can report content or block another user directly from the app. Accounts responsible for such content or behaviour may be suspended or terminated without notice.

Your responsibilities as a buyer/tenant

Verify everything independently before paying anyone: title documents, RERA status, the identity of the seller and the property itself. Platform badges (like "verified") are aids, not guarantees. Never make payments to parties you have not met and verified.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaztu is not liable for the accuracy of user listings, the conduct of users, or losses arising from transactions between users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Accounts & termination

Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account any time from the app. We may suspend accounts for fraud, misrepresentation or abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have jurisdiction. Grievances: see the contact in our Privacy Policy — we respond within 30 days.
